Weekly Ponder - Week 7
Welcome to Waitemata's new weekly ponder. Each week I will put a new topic up for discussion and I invite you all to comment and discuss your thoughts. Here is this weeks ponder.... Annnnnnnd go........
Our new Playground and equipment
Wow our new playground is here and its AWESOME!!!! We had an official opening today, the Kapahaka group sang a welcoming waiata, then Mr Craig (Board of Trustees chairman) officially opened it, by cutting the ribbon. The seniors took a buddy junior over first. Each class had a turn for half an hour, we went today and it was FUN. We have also had two new basketball hoops installed. We have 6 skateboards and 10 helmets that the school has purchased to use on our NEW RAMPS! So much fun to be had at school.
This is exciting for Kaiwhare and Mokoroa. The new classroom looks vibrant, fresh and innovative.
ReplyDeleteBy the looks on your faces I can see you are excited about moving into your new building. Hopefully, the council will give you permission soon - I will let you know as soon as I hear!
